The challenge of this project was to reduce jargon and provide accurate information that customers can easily digest. To do this, I personally observed customer interactions and interviewed with sales associates and product experts to the verify accuracy of the product content.

Exploring TikTok Usage and Moderation Strategies
This research study explores people's perceptions and definitions of social media overuse, with a focus on TikTok. Through qualitative research methods, we uncovered various strategies that people have used to moderate their TikTok usage. The findings highlight the significance of both internal factors and external factors (such as self-control and app limiters) in shaping an individual's ability to manage their app usage effectively.
